Welcome To Piga Primary Care

Piga Primary Care Associates specializes in the care of your whole family. Scheduled well-child check ups for children and adolescents and annual physical exams for adults are the cornerstones of our practice philosophy. The very young and the very old find our office a warm, inviting place. The waiting areas and the exam rooms are separate but easily accessible to whole families scheduled to see us for the day.

A measles outbreak that started in west Texas has affected more than 100 patients so far. Cases have now been reported in San Antonio, Houston, and as of today, Rockwall. Today an unvaccinated school-aged child died from measles in Lubbock.MMR vaccine is typically given in 2 doses at 12 months and 4 years old. If you or your child have only had 1 dose of the vaccine, the 2nd dose may be given 4 weeks after the first dose.
