Welcome To Piga Primary Care
Piga Primary Care Associates specializes in the care of your whole family. Scheduled well-child check ups for children and adolescents and annual physical exams for adults are the cornerstones of our practice philosophy. The very young and the very old find our office a warm, inviting place. The waiting areas and the exam rooms are separate but easily accessible to whole families scheduled to see us for the day.

Screen time is something that can affect our and our children's health.![]()

Recommendations for healthy habits:![]()
- Avoid use at meal time and bedtime.![]()
- Avoid keeping tvs, computers, tablets, and phones in the bedroom.![]()
- Limit recreational screen time to 2 hours per day.![]()
- Device curfew: stop use at least 1 hr prior to bedtime, charge in a common area of the house (not bedroom).![]()
- Take breaks at least every 30 min. This reduces the risk of vision issues.![]()
- Promote emotional regulation techniques in non-digital ways.![]()
